When I initially called Pest X Vicky was very personable and professional. She was very detailed in her explanations and the requirements. Nolan, the technician was prompt, courteous and also very professional. It was nice to finally be able to sit outside without getting eaten alive.

We have been with Pest-X since we moved in 6 years ago. They actually did the inspection before we bought. We have been pleased with all aspects of the company. We have never had an issue inside the house with any type of insect (other than the stink bugs in the attic, but no stopping those things). I contribute that to the excellent job they do at prevention. However, I know that if we did they would be very responsive. We started using their mosquito service a couple of years ago. Again, they do an exceptional job at eliminating the mosquitoes.

Nick Faw was great! Texted me before arrival, arrived earlier than expected which was also wonderful. He asked if I had any trouble spots for mosquito treatment and got straight to work. I appreciate his professionalism as well. So far this is a great company. Quick to respond to text messages, emails or phone calls.
