Excellent customer service. Vicky is super kind and helpful. I especially appreciate her attention to detail. Unfortunately the treatment didn’t work the first time around, but from the customer care I’ve already received I feel certain they’ll make it right! UPDATE: Just as I thought, they promptly came out to fix my problem once and for all!
