We are always impressed with Pest-X and their service. Vicki is always accommodating and the techs are always courteous and informative. We were having an issue with house ants and requested inside service. I was able to get the service time I requested and they gave me an hour window. The tech was at my home at the top of the hour which is awesome because no one likes to have to wait out the full time window for service. We have been peat free for a couple of years now with Pest-X, we also utilize the mosquito service.

It started to rain shortly after my mosquito treatment was completed last week. I reached out to ask them to schedule another treatment because I was worried that it washed it away. They promptly scheduled again. Nolan came out to do it today and I missed his text that he was here so that I could put the dogs away for the backyard service. When I finally saw it, he was already back in his truck about to leave when I told him the dogs were put away now. He got back out to do the backyard without question. I really appreciate the great customer service by all!
